About Richard Bisiker
Bringing you the Peak Performance Programme
This course is delivered to HLN Youth by Richard Bisiker, who runs a personal and business growth company that has been supporting individuals to reach their peak performance since 1999.
Richard Bisiker is a Chartered Director with the Institute of Directors (IoD) and was Highly Commended in the IoD Director of the Year Awards in 2017 and 2018. He is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Board Chairman and Trustee, advising organisations on business growth strategies that support profitability and long-term development.
Richard is the founder of Personal Summits Ltd and has delivered over 4,000 hours of one-to-one coaching, with more than 1,400 participants completing his programmes.
Over the past 30 years, Richard has coached and worked with organisations across the UK, Europe, the Far East and the United States, bringing extensive international experience in leadership, executive coaching and organisational development.
