A recent consumer report by IRN Wills and Probate Research Report, the UK Wills & Probate Market 2020 has found that fewer than 4 in 10 adults in the UK have made a Will. That is extremely low and that is what we aspire to change as a Will is one of the simplest ways to make sure your family is looked after should something happen to you. The same Consumer Research Report has revealed that only 4% of those surveyed cited coronavirus as the reason for them making a Will. Emma Aslett and Penn Chambers Solicitors are to make sure that all adults who want a Will, will have one. People who already have a Will drafted – that it is up to date, and to make sure that people will understand that a Will, that it is properly drafted and comprehensive – it is the only way to go.
