Hello!
Thank you for booking your place on the Hexagon Legal Network River Cruise 2026!
We are delighted that you will be joining us for an evening of networking, conversation, and spectacular views of London from the River Thames.
Please find below all the information you need ahead of the event, and please note that we need the embarkation slot to be confirmed by the Pier Master.
HLN River Cruise Event Details
Date: Wednesday, 8 July 2026
Gathering from: 5:30 PM
Meeting Point: Tower Bridge Quay, St Katharine’s Way, London, E1W 1LD
Departure Time: 6:00 PM
Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be able to board once the vessel has departed.
Return Time: 10:00 PM
Vessel: The Golden Salamander
Disembark Point: Tower Millennium Pier, Lower Thames Street, London EC3N 4DT
We have designed the timings with your journey home in mind, with plenty of time to make those last trains!
Registration
Upon boarding, please make your way to the upper deck where the HLN team will be available to welcome guests and assist with boarding.
If you have booked multiple tickets, please ensure all attendees have received these joining instructions.
On Board | What to Expect
Welcome Drink - bubbly, beer, and soft drinks will be available.
Once these are gone, they are gone...
Bar on the middle deck, open throughout the night, accepting cash and all the major cards
Speakers and introductions
Food will be served at 7:00 PM on the lower indoor deck; expect to meet Salt & Slate
Two outdoor decks + two indoor decks = space to chat, relax, and (re)connect

Dietary Requirements
If you have any dietary requirements or accessibility needs that have not already been communicated, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.

The After (!)
Every year, there is always a group that insists the evening should continue at the Piano Bar in Embankment. Tradition, after all, is tradition.
This year, we've made that very simple.
A coach will be waiting for us at 22:20 to take guests directly to Embankment for the unofficial HLN after party.
If you are interested in joining this optional sidequest, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the coach is neither too small nor too large, but just right:
